Oak treesQuercus macrnathera Fish. & C.A. Mey.ex Hohen & Quercus petraea L.ex Liebl. have important role in soil erosion control in Tarom- Olya forest .. The forest located in 100-150 Km. from Quazvin city in the Westside of the country. During growing seasons of the year 2002-2005, induced galls were collected on different parts of these two oak trees in three collecting sites. Altitude of the mentioned sites were 1400, 1400-1600 and over 1600 meter. In every site a plot of 50*50 cubic meter was applied during gall collecting seasons started from early spring to the end of autumn, weekly sampling done for galls collecting. Every week we checked 10 oak stands in every plot. Base on gall shapes, the gall makers were identified by Dr.George Melika of Systematic parasitoid laboratory of Hungary. All identified galls belong to Cynipidae family. The gall wasps of oak in these forests are as follow: 1- Cynips loricatus ,2-Neuroterus anthracinus, 3- Cynips quercus ,4- N. quercus baccarum(asex),4- Andricus coriarius ,5- N. numismalis ,6--A. insana=quercustozae , 7- A. fecundatrix ,8--A. morae.,9-. subterraneus
