Talo artificail forest in the east of the Tehran is consist of Fraxinus exelsius, Robinia Pseudoacasia and conifers. One of the pests which has a great importance for living of these trees is Psalmocharias flava Delabola. This insedt has reproted by Abaee at 1983. According to studies during 1996 – 1998 about biology of this insect, has been observed that in early June after finishing the feeding period, the last instar nymphs start to come out from the soil. This nymphs go up the host and stick on the branches and remain without moving. After afew days they molt and adults come out. Appearance of adults has been observed from early June to laste August. Females lay their eggs under the bark of braws of host trees or in the stem of wild hosts, after mating. The eggs have oval shape and clearance. Their color change to orange and two red spots are seen on the surface of them, after afew days. The eggs are usually laied in 2 rows with a regular form in the holes. Damge of this pest is in 2 forms: The first, Feeding the nymphs of the plant sap and the second laying of females in brows of the host that cause plant death death and weekness.
