Evaluation the coloure changing unite spectrophotometry and protein estimation methods in detecting MYcoplasma agalactiae titre in agalactia vaccine.

To estimate the titer of bacteria in agalactiae vaccine produced by Razi south branch-Shiraz, two methods those are colony forming unite and protein estimation by Lowry method were applied.Both methods showed variations in bacterial content of each bach of vaccine, from 7.5×108 to 11×108 by colony forming unite and from 450 to 610 microgram per milileter by Lowry method.There was also good correlation between these two techniques.
