Recovery of bare land influence on increasing of agriculture production by optimum using of rainwater and watershed agriculture modern technology. Correct practice of earth and water will improve control of erosion and soil decay. Solving of lack of food depends on applying water resources in agriculture is one of important issues. Use of runoff and flood in arid regions is a good solution for lost of water resources that uses for recovery of poor ranges and increasing of agriculture products and also artificial recharge. The most important goals of flood spreading on aquifer are important of natural resources in flood plain, rain water storage, aquifers recharge, water supply in agriculture, quantity and quality changes on vegetation cover, changes in plants composition and increasing of plant palatability and soil fertility. Therefore, a research, educational and extensional station of flood water spreading in Tesuj is located between Enstejan and Angeshtan villages, established in 1376. Nowadays, in positive and negative evaluation establishment of this station, in region implemented different researches in vegetation cover, hydrology, soil, geology. Stability of watershed mechanical & biological operation has been good in duration of established of stations in period of arid condition. With regarding to growth of plants in field, performance of aquifer is good, while the most of plant has been produce yield. It would be lead to that spiral irrigation system has positive effect in the flood spreading. In this research, was studied flood spreading effect on efficiency of crop yield, quality and quantity of vegetation cover, litter percent, bare soil percent, rangeland biomass, in 3 years period. Plotting has been done in first, middle & end of spiral channel. Samples has took in 4 square m2 plots through 3,6,9 m interval. It has compared between spiral channel system effect with blank through T & T' test. Result has meaning in 1% level. Final result shows canopy cover percent has increased from 18.8% in first year to 37.43% in third years. Bare soil percent had decrease trend through this three years. Total of grass biomass had increase in second parcel (middle of spiral irrigation system)
