Information media and intermediate organization over farming and mountain village migration-agroforestry worker

In recent years, it is estimated that about 6 million 700 thousands-7millions people of baby-boom generation are anticipated to return to the farm at once after the retirement. On the other hand, from 1990s agroforestry worker began to attract attention. Investigation on City peoplpe's views about farming mountain village residence, agroforestry internship and exchanges were done for the self-governing body of an associated organization as well as intermediate and mountainous area agroforestry and farming mountain village population balances. And magazine and TV programs featuring the theme on rural living and self-sufficiency have increases. In the city, people advantage from the information of mass media to participate in the farming and mountain village related event hoping for migration. However, the investigation about I turn and agroforestry worker needs have been taken to some extent; analysis about the sources of an applicant willing to have residence in farming and mountain village, is not seen till now. Therefore in this study, about the sources of city people access information and estimated migrant population. First, investigation about guest of the agroforestry fair views for residence in farming and mountain villages. As a result, more than 50 percent of agroforestry fair's guest desires migrant within five years. And agricultural work seeker is 20's and 30's, silviculture work seeker is 30's.Their main tools are Internet. The rate is 49%. Moreover, analyzed about the mediator's ideal method of the organization. 30 million of city-dweller desires migrant, they use Internet (15 million),read magazine(four million), acquaintance and other reasons(11 million). Meahwhile, mediating organization is necessary for encourage immigration. It is individually introduced, but we were unsure of the exact problem. The Investigation for an organization mediating between migrant performs consultation and the acceptance duties of the migration applicant in Kyoto Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture and the range of West Japan of Ooita Prefecture. Interview (hearing method) was done (carried out) with mediation group of the government body (administration), legal person of NPO, village (settlement), private organization etc. As a result, it became clear that there were several problems about information disclosure or adjustment with the settlement (village) to the city people in all organization forms, and the necessity of a new organization rose for the network type to tie a mediation organization. It need new intermediate organization in facilitate the farm and mountain village immigration process. So, we present it.
