It is established that the response of enterprises to the changes in the market conjuncture is manifested in the activity of an enterprises direct towards the most adequate satisfaction of customer needs in the customer's order fulfilment period implemented by means of market relations for optimal utilization of the potential available to the company. The authors present the classification of different kinds of responses by enterprises depending on such factors as the level of management, type of response, object of response, the level of efficiency, and market expectations. The forecast of the dynamics of markets envisages research of the interaction of fluctuations of the supply and demand. Construction of any such model inevitably faces a number of controversial interrelations and tendencies describing the current state of the market environment. The equilibrium of supply and demand is a necessary condition for market equilibrium, and 'cumulative' (integrated) excess of the supply over demand is the necessary condition for the increase of the capital. in order to achieve high response, it is necessary to focus the operation of an organization on the adaptation to the following changes: the growing demand for the production as the consequence of scientific and technical progress, the increase of the obsolescence of products, consumer requirements concerning improvement of the quality of products, preparation of special orders for specific buyers, etc.
