Technology for production of the new biopreparation BIOEX-ZN from yeasts and its effects on the development of fish spawns and larvae

The three steps of the technique for obtaining the yeast preparation BIOEX-ZN are described in this paper. The new biopreparation contains cultural liquid of Rhodotorula gracilis-CNMN-Y-03. It have a high content of biologically active substances with immunoactive and antioxidant properties: essential and immunoactive aminoacids, lipids, licopine, ascorbic acid. The efficiency of BIOEX-ZN was studied experimentally with common carps. Its stimulatory effect on the viability of carp spawns and larvae was revealed.
