Assessing wheat performance using environmental information

In this study we applied PLS regression model to 25 wheat genotypes (20 landraces + 5 cultivars) grown under rainfed and drought stress conditions with the objective of determining the most important environmental factors that influence the genotype x environment interaction of biomass per plant and grain yield. We also discussed cultivars vs. landraces response to environmental changes.
