Residues of antibiotics in milk are commonly determined by qualitative biological detection methods. However, among all possibilities of quantitative determination of antibiotic residues in milk, the method of preparing milk dilutions can be used, along with any qualitative biological detection method. Purpose of sample dilutions is to obtain values between last ambiguous or positive and first negative result.
