In this paper are showed important problems and limited factors in producing safe food. There are shown characteristics of more important nature alumosilicate mineral raw materials and knowledge about its use in producing secure food. It is emphasized that some special raw materials, thanks to their physical and chemical characteristics (kaoline, zeolite, bentonite, apatite, diatomite, sepiolite etc.) under the given conditions, in the nature or in modified form, can be good adsorbents of mycotoxins, toxic metals, radionuclides, ammonium, carbon dioxide, methane, and other damaged materials. They can be carriers of the mineral elements which are necessary to the plant and animals. They are lightening or eliminating damaged influence of suppressive factors which are endangering productive and reproductive capabilities and health of the plants and animals, and that is the way on which they contribute to producing safe food and environmental protection.
