According to the insight into the development of the research work on the improvement of maize utilization, the objective of the present study was set up. The objective was to observe grain quality and fitness of ZP maize hybrids of a different genetic background in order to use them in the bioethanol production. The results obtained in the chemical composition, physical and fermentable properties of grain of selected ZP maize hybrids were presented in this study.
