The field experiments were carried out during 2 years. Five samples of herbicide application were studied: Fabian (imazetapir) at a dosage of 0.1 kg/ha (1), Treflan (trifluraline) + Fabian at a dosage of 4.0 and 0.08 kg reactant /ha respectively (2), Lazurit (metribuzin) + Fabian at a dosage of 0.5 and 0.1 kg of reactant/ha (3), Fabian + Miura (khizalofop-2-etil) at a dosage of 0.1 and 0.3 kg reactant /ha (4), Korsar (bentazone) + Miura at a dosage of 2.0 and 0.6 kg reactant /ha (5). It was found experimentally that organic substance transformation, humus state and microbial flora action changed under herbicide application. The microbiological activity increased in the samples (4) and (5). Dramatic decrease of fulvic acid content was observed at the plot (1) as aftereffect. It was also viewed in (5) and (4) plots. The state of humus changed from humate-fulvic pattern to fulvic-humate one. It did not changes in the plot (2). Humus content and resources decreased, portion of Ca-consolidated humic acids abruptly reduced, microscopic fungi content decreased, mineralization intensified at the plot (3) as aftereffect.
