Panax ginseng roots have a big demand at the world market, but the natural population resources have become impoverished as a result of its uncontrolled purchases. Nowadays wild-growing ginseng harvesting is officially prohibited. The biggest part of ginseng reserves remains at national parks located at the periphery of its natural habitats areas. The remaining natural populations were under study in Chiuguevskij, Khasanskij and Spasskij Regions of Primorie Territory. The number of generative and vegetative individuals was approximately equal in the Spasskaya and Chiuguvskaya populations. Age spectra of populations do not have all the components: seedlings, juvenile, generative mature, senile individuals are absent, immature individuals are not enough represented. The conditions of generative reproduction are middling favorable. In the Khasanskya population the generative specimens are significantly less that vegetative ones. Most of individuals are in the virgine phase. The conditions of generative reproduction there are scarcely favorable. The absent of generative mature and senile plants is the result of anthropogenic influence. At the digging of the high valuable root the whole individual is destroyed. The inhabitants dig out the young plants and transplant them for completion of growing to their homestead land. Vegetative reproduction is not characteristic for ginseng and the natural generative one is long-time. Although the all populations studied are viable community outreach is necessary. It should to lay the ginseng nurseries. Plants cultivated there can be used later for reintroduction.
