The aim of the current trial was to determine the influence of different sources of selenium and various amounts of vitamin E on the broiler meat yield parameters and quality. The trial was organized on 240 one-day old broiler chicks (Cobb 500). The flock was divided into 4 groups and experiment lasted 42 days. On the basis of obtained results it can be concluded that addition of selenium enriched yeast with increased amounts of vitamin E in broiler feed contributes to higher meat yield (higher carcass weight, bigger portion of breast meat and drumstick and better ratio meat : skin : bones) and better meat quality (better chemical composition).
