[Agrochemical service and intensification of agricultural production]

The farming productivity and resistance reduced due to deteriorated agroecological conditions, lowered soil fertility (SF). The volumes of soils declined up to the level of the 1960-s. the country does not provides its own food safety importing about 40% of food products, and in the capital and large cities – 80-85%. The growth of productivity and resistance of domestic agriculture is impossible without improving SF. This requires renewing annual rural supplies of mineral fertilizer up to 26.4 million ton. The annual demand for organics is 900-100 000 million kg. An increase in intensification of farming requires the following activities of the agrochemical service. 1. Complex monitoring of SF of arable lands, perennials plantings, domestic hayfields and pastures by the expanded set of values. 2. Field experiments in the base farms to study the effect of fertilizer on SF, agroecological conditions, yield and quality of products of crops. 3. Developing annually the projects of applying fertilizer in every kind of agricultural lands under cover. 4. Certification of production, safety and quality of soils, feeds, organic and mineral fertilizer, pesticides and other chemicals, as well as ecological classification of farms. 5. Complex programs to improve SF. 6. Introduction of rational service production for farms to improve SF. 7. Development of optimal structure of agricultural lands and sowing areas in view of adaptive landscape farming and specialization of agricultural production. 8. Classification of field soils to plan agrochemical applications. 9. Control of work quality of the agrochemical service. 10. Restoration of the service state centers for animal husbandry. 11. Automated control system of agricultural chemization. 12. Chemization sections in the scientific and technical council for the Ministry of Agriculture
