The aim of the paper was to analyze the relationship of eleven genealogical lines in the population of the Slovak spotted breed. There were used the pedigrees of 617 bulls up to third generation of ancestors. The coefficient of relationship Rxy and inbreeding Fx were calculated. The values of Rxy were 2.53% (Romulus), 2.73% (Haxl), 2.91% (Redad), 3.02% (Dior), 4.52% (Zander), 5.30% (Horex), 5.40% (Metz), 6.52% (Strelk), 6.79% (Hugo), 8.21% (Planet II), and 8.50% (Martien). The average coefficient of inbreeding calculated with the total number of bulls in unes varied from 0.04% (Planet 11) to 0.78% (Martien). The values of average inbreeding coefficient calculated according the number of inbred bulls varied from 0.42% (Metz) to 6.25% (Martien). The highest number of inbred bulls is included in the genealogical line Haxl (23-22%), whereas the lowest number in the line Planet II (1 bull-3%).
