إنجليزي. The admission of Ukraine to WTO requires bringing its legislation in correspondence to the norms and rules, harmonizing the rules and principles of standardization and certification, system of government buyings and both sanitary and phytosanitary regimes with the requirements of the corresponding WTO agreements. The main issues are considered which raise at admitting to the WTO and legislative acts regulating issues of phytosanitary security.
