The effects of the different nitrogen nutrition rates 0, 40, 80, 120, 160 и 200 kg ha-1 N in field experiment set on Gleyic Luvisol WRBSR, 2006 on the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium of Burley tobacco varieties have been studied. Leaves of middle stalk position in technical maturity were analyzed for determination of nutritional elements concentration in the plant tissues. It was found that together with the increase of nitrogen fertilization rate the content of the nitrogen, calcium and magnesium in the leaves was also increased. Statistically significant linear dependencies were noted between nitrogen fertilization rate and the concentration of Ca and Mg in the leaf tissues. The rise of nitrogen fertilization rates causes lowering average to strong correlation of phosphorus and potassium content in the leaves of two varieties. The following content of macro elements in the leaves: N - 4.01%; P - 0.25%; K - 5.29%; Ca - 2.11% and Mg - 1.43% has been associated with the highest yield from Burley 1317 and N - 3.48%; P - 0.25%; K - 5.32%; Ca - 1.56% and Mg - 1.19% - from Burley 1000. Key words: Burley tobacco, mineral fertilization, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium,
