Since 2006 there was realized the evaluation of changes of the structure of the fractional composition of soil cover of the reclaimed areas in the Republic of Belarus. The soil cover of typical arable lands was selected as an object of research. The analysed soil cover was represented by peat-bog soils of different thickness, by the degraded peat and mineral peat soils with various amount of organic substances. There were realized three research stages. Research results revealed the following: intensive usage of the reclaimed soils entailed great changes of structure of the soil cover which could show its amplification, the increasing of contrast and inhomogenuity; differential shrinkage of boggy soil caused the increasing of depth and density of relief dismemberment with the formation of numerous mineral remains in the analysed peat-bog soils. The relative stated exceedence was 120-150 cm. As a result of the observed processes there was a large soil differentiation by the indices of soil moisture, organic substance content and crop-producing ability. Yielding capacity variation of crops cultivated on the different analysed soil types varied from 6 up to 20%
