Isolation, identification and drug sensitivity test of Escherichia coli strain O88 from duck

صينى. 为了分离鸭大肠杆菌病病原，并筛选出敏感药物，从河北省安新县某大型鸭场30日龄病死雏鸭肝脏分离到一株革兰氏阴性杆菌，通过菌落形态观察、培养特性试验和生化试验鉴定以及药敏试验，确定为大肠杆菌。应用大肠埃希菌O抗原定型血清鉴定为O88。动物试验结果显示，该分离菌株对小鼠有较强的致死性，为致病性大肠杆菌。药敏试验结果显示，分离菌株对庆大霉素、头孢曲松、头孢拉啶、呋喃妥因等药物敏感，对氨苄西林和链霉素等产生耐药。[著者文摘]
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. A gram-negative bacterium was isolated from the liver of ducks which had died of disease at the age of 30 days in a duck farm in Anxin, Hebei Province. The bacterium was identified as Escherichia coli by colony form, culture characteristic and biochemical test, and its serotype as 088 by slide agglutination test. The strain caused 100 96 of mice to die within 72 h, which shows the strain is pathogenic. The E. coli strain seemed highly sensitive to Gentamicin, Ceftriaxone, Ceftazidime, and resistant to Ampcinline and Streptomycin.
