صينى. 试验研究了产CLA乳酸菌接种量、葵花籽油添加量对甘薯、马铃薯、胡萝卜以及白萝卜等4种青贮中CLA含量的影响。结果表明,在不添加油脂条件下,接种乳酸菌后4种青贮中CLA含量均明显增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);随着乳酸菌接种量的增加和油脂添加量的加大,青贮中CLA含量呈现先增加后减少的趋势,对于不同青贮原料来说,接种乳酸菌后甘薯和白萝卜青贮中CLA含量明显高于胡萝卜和马铃薯(P〈0.05);当葵花籽油添加量达到9―12mg・g. 1青贮时,青贮中CLA含量最高;当乳酸菌接种量为6×10. g. 1青贮时,青贮中CLA含量最高,一旦乳酸菌接种量超过8×10. g. 1青贮时,青贮中CLA含量开始明显下降(P〈0.05)。[著者文摘]

The experiment of inoculation ratio of L. plantarum ANCLA01 and content of adding sunflower oil on CLA content in four silages including sweet potato, potato, carrot and radish was conducted. The result indicated that the production of CLA increased significantly with the inoculation of L. plantarum ANCLA01 under no oil added (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ; with the increase ofL. plantarum ANCLA01 inculation ratio and content of sunflower oil, the CLA content in four silages showed the tendency of increase at the beginning and then decrease. To different silages, the content of CLA in sweet potato and radish silages were higher than that of in corrot silage and potato silage obviously (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the hightest CLA content were produced when adding sunflower oil from 9 - 12 mg・g. 1 in four silages ;when added L. plantarum ANCLA01 to 6 ×10. g. 1 , the CLA content were highest in four silages. The content of CLA began to decrease obviously when added L. plantarum ANCLA01 more than 8 ×10. g. 1 in four silages (P 〈 0.05 ).
