صينى. 将396只1日龄雄性黄羽肉鸡随机分为4个处理,每处理设3个重复,每重复33只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别用2.0%、1.0%和0.5%美洲大蠊虫粉等量取代基础日粮中的鱼粉,进行70d的饲养,分别在第42d、70d测定肉鸡的生长性能、血液生化指标及十二指肠绒毛高度。结果表明,各处理日采食量、日增重及死亡率差异均不显著（P〉0.05）,2%虫粉组的料重比显著低于对照组8.06%（P〈0.05）;各处理血清尿素氮、尿酸及白蛋白含量差异均不显著（P〉0.05）,2%虫粉组血清总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;2%虫粉组及1%虫粉组42d,70d十二指肠绒毛高度均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。[著者文摘]
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. 396 yellow broilers at 1st day were divided into four groups with three replicates , each of which included 33 animals. Control group was fed with basal diet,three tested groups were fed with 2.0%, 1.0% and 0.5 % Periplaneta americana for replacement of fish meal in basal diet. The experiment lasted for 70 days. Performance , serum biochemical parameters and length of duodenum villus were investigated at 42th,70th . The results showed that daily feed intake , daily gain and mortality had no significant differences among all groups（P〉0.05）. Compared to control group, Feed/Gain was decreased by 8.06% in adding 2.0 % Periplaneta americana （P〈0. 05）. The contents of blood urea nitrogen, uridine and albumin in serum had no significant differences among all groups（P〉0. 05） ,the content of total protein and glubin were increased in 2.0% Periplaneta americana compared to control group（P〉0.05）. Height of small intestinal villus was increased in 1% and 2% Periplaneta americana at 42th and 70th（P〈0. 05）.[著者文摘]
