صينى. 采用玻片浸渍法,用甲氰菊酯对二斑叶螨敏感种群进行抗性选育,经过19代的汰选,获得抗性指数为88.37倍的抗甲氰菊酯二斑叶螨种群.对17种常用杀螨剂的交互抗性测定结果表明,该种群对三氯氟氰菊酯、甲基异柳磷、双甲脒和苦皮藤生物碱有明显交互抗性,抗性指数分别达12.21、11.91、39.54、10.82;对氧化乐果、苯丁锡、唑螨酯、氯氰菊酯及三唑锡交互抗性次之,抗性指数分别为6.35,7.54、6.878、9.79、6.65;而对哒螨灵、三氯杀螨醇、克螨特、阿维菌素、噻螨酮、四螨嗪、哒螨.四螨嗪及哒.水胺硫磷(抗性指数〈5.00倍)等杀螨剂无明显的交互抗性.[著者文摘]

The resistant strain of Tetranychus urticae Koch to fenpropathrin in the laboratory was continuously selected by slid-method bioassay.The fenpropathrin-resistant strain with 88.37-fold resistance index was developed after insecticide-resistance selection for 19 generations.The cross-resistances of the fenpropathrin-resistant strain to 17 kinds of common insecticides used in the field were also measured.It appeared to have positive cross-resistance to beta-cyfluthrin(resistance index reached 12.21-fold),iisofenphos-methyl(11.91-fold),amitraz(39.54-fold) and celastrusangulatus(10.82-fold).It also had cross-resistance to omethoate,fenbutatin oxide,fenpyroximate,cypermethrin and azocyclotin,and its correspongding resistance indexes was 6.35,7.54,6.878,9.79 and 6.65-fold,respectively.However,the fenpropathrin-resistants strain presented no significant cross-resistance to pyridaben,dicofol,propargite,abamectin,hydramethylnon,clofentezine,the mixture of pyridaben and clofentezine,the mixture of pyridaben and isocarbophos.
