صينى. 对枸杞园放养乌骨鸡和饲料笼养乌骨鸡的鸡肉营养成分进行了测定分析.结果表明:试验组乌骨鸡鸡肉的蛋白质、维生素B2、铁、锌、黑色素的含量分别为29.47 g・(100 g). 1、66.12μg・(100 g). 1、23.21 mg・k. -1、4.38 mg・kg. 1、1.578 g・(100 g). 1,均高于对照组乌骨鸡鸡肉的相应指标含量;试验组乌骨鸡鸡肉中必需氨基酸除蛋氨酸外,10种非必需氨基酸除胱氨酸和脯氨酸外,其它氨基酸含量均高于对照组,且试验组必需氨基酸评分也更接近联合国粮农组织提出的理想模式.[著者文摘]

The outcomes of an experiment conducted to analyze the nutritional composition between the silky fowl with two different breeding styles,the experimental group scattered in medlar garden and the comparision group fed in the cage were analyzed.The results indicated that the content of protein,vitaminB2,iron,zinc and melanin in meat of the experimental group was 29.47 g・(100 g). 1,66.12 μg・(100 g). 1,23.21 mg・kg-1,4.38 mg・kg. 1,and 1.578 g・(100 g). 1,respectively,which were all remarkably higher than those in the comparision group.Under the different breeding ways,the content of essential amino acids were all higher than the the comparision group except the methionine,meanwhile only the content of praline and cystine in 10 kinds of non-essential amino acids were lower,the others were higher than the comparision group.More than 90 % of amino acid score in experimental group were higher than control group,and the essential amino acids score were close to ideal model suggested by FAO.
