صينى. 以谷胱甘肽产生菌酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)Y-15为出发菌株,经“实践八号”育种卫星搭载后,以放线菌素D作筛选标记,获得一株抗性突变体HY-90,经摇瓶发酵,谷胱甘肽产量达到123.04 mg/L,是出发菌株的1.7倍,其胞内含量为14.86 mg/g,是出发菌株的1.5倍。此外,本试验还对谷胱甘肽乙醇抽提法作了优化。结果表明:将酵母干菌体按质量体积比1∶90∶10,用40%的乙醇和25%的偏磷酸进行抽提,可提高提取率。[著者文摘]

The dactinomycin-resistant mutant HY- 90 was screened out after its parent strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y - 15 which produces glutathione carried by China's seed-breeding satellite "Shijian - 8". The glutathione productivity of strain HY - 90 reached 123.04 mg/L by flask culture, which was 1.7 times that of the parent strain. The glutathione content in dried cells reached 14.86 mg/g, which was 1.5 times that of the parent strain. Besides, the ethanol extracting method of glutathione from yeast cells was optimized. The results showed that higher extracting rate can be obtained when the ration of dried yeast cells, 40 % ethanol and 25 % metaphosphoric acid was 1 ;90 : 10.
