APPLICATION OF A FEED TECHNOLOGY BASED ON SUGAR CANE MOLASSES AND A PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT IN A COMERCIAL PIG FARM THROUGHOUT A YEAR ROUND | APLICACIÓN DE LA TECNOLOGÍA DE ALIMENTACIÓN CON MIELES DE CAÑA DE AZÚCAR Y UN SUPLEMENTO PROTEICO EN UNA GRANJA PORCINA COMERCIAL DURANTE UN CICLO ANUAL

Se utilizaron 7 524 cerdos de los cruces comerciales YL x CC 21; YL x H y YL procedentes de 3 granjas porcinas de la Empresa Agroindustrial del MININT. en la Habana. con peso inicial y final promedio de 18.7 y 92 kg. Los cerdos fueron alimentados con una dieta basada en núcleos proteicos, vitamínicos y minerales (nuprovim 7) con el objetivo de estudiar el comportamiento animal durante el año 2003 según lo previsto en el plan de producción de la granja ''La Guayaba''. Las entregas a mataderos fueron comparadas entre sí trimestralmente durante el año 2003. Los pesos iniciales, finales, consumo diario (kg, BS) y ganancia diaria (g) no fueron diferentes (P0.05) entre sí. Solo se obtuvieron diferencias significativas (P0.05) para el consumo diario de nuprovim 7 (1.38, 1.04, 1.12 y 1.31 kg) y miel B (1.17, 1.78, 1.51 y 1.25 kg) así como para la conversión alimentaría en base húmeda (4.59, 5.09, 4.72 y 4.59 kg/kg) y en base seca (4.06, 4.54, 4.09 y 4.16 kg/kg). Los resultados alcanzados por esta granja permitieron un cumplimiento exitoso de los planes de producción.

إنجليزي. 7 524 pigs were used for commercial crossings (YL x CC 21; YL YL x H y) from 3 pig farms of Minint., agroindustrial Company of Havana with initial and final average weight of 18.7 and 92 kg. the pigs were fed a diet that is based on protein nuclei, vitamins and minerals (nuprovim 7) with the aim of studying animal behavior during 2003 year as envisaged in the production plan of the farm La Guayaba. The deliveries to slaughterhouses were compared with each quarter during 2003 year. The initial weights, final, daily consumption (kg BS) and daily gain (g) were not different (P0.05) from each. Only significant differences (P0.05) where obtained for daily consumption of nuprovim 7(1.38, 1.04, 1.12 and 1.31 kg) and cane molasses (1.17, 1.78, 1.51 and 1.25 kg) as well as humid feed conversion (4.59, 5.09, 4.72 and 4.59 kg/kg) and dry feed conversion (4.06, 4.54, 4.09 and 4.16 kg/kg). The results achieved by this farm production enabled a successful fulfillment of production plans.
