Valoración energética de algunos residuos en un aserradero de la provincia de Pinar del Río

La conservación y uso de la energía, así como el desarrollo de las fuentes renovables de energía a través de programas de energía que sean concebidos de manera integral, constituye una línea de acción que permitirá armonizar los objetivos de crecimiento, equidad social y sustentabilidad ambiental; sin embargo, esto será posible en la medida en que exista una mayor difusión e incorporación del proceso técnico. En los últimos años el rendimiento de madera en los aserraderos se ha caracteriza-do por ser relativamente bajo. Los altos volúmenes de residuos se deben a la mala calidad de la madera y al estado del equipamiento, lo que ha conspirado contra los índices de eficiencia y productividad de la industria. Este trabajo pretende dar una alternativa para la utilización de los desechos industriales en la fabricación de biocombustibles para uso doméstico e industrial. Los re-sultados demuestran que es factible y económico el empleo de estos desechos además de que contribuyen a atenuar la contaminación ambiental.

The conservation and use of the energy, as well as the development of the renewable sources of energy, through program of energyzation that are conceived in an integral way, constitutes an action line that will allow harmonizing the objects of growth, social justness and environmental sustainability. However, this will be possible in the measure that exist a bigger difusion and incorporation of the technical process. In the last years, the wooden yield in the sawmills has been characterized to be relatively low. The high votumes of residuals are due to the bad quality of the wood and the state of the equipment, what has conspired against the indexes of efficiency and productivity of the industry. This work seeks to give an alternative for the use of the indus- trial waste in the biofiels production for use I tame and industrial. The results demonstrate that it is feasible and economic the employment of these wastes besides that you/they contribute to attenuate the environmental contamination.
