Final evaluation and bread making quality characteristics assessment on promising wheat lines of different zones proposed for on farm conditions.

In this study we evaluated advanced promising wheat lines of different zones proposed for on farm conditions by different laboratory test and also LAVASH bread baking. In all the test showed significant difference between lines and it was possible to choose the samples with better quality. The quality of the different lines were compared by their means and also they clusterd according to the Ward method. According to clustering results ,promising wheat lines of the 2006-2007 were clustered in three group, the first one are included lines mumber 1,2 and 3.Lines number 9,12,7,8,6 and 10 formed second group. Third group include samples number 4, 5, and 11.
