Appearance of Chilo-Suppersalic is started in rice farms from1350 and fast spreading of pest with abundance number and aerial spray was caused mainly changes on rice planting operation. At the same time with peak consumption pesticide in 1363, first researches application of Tericograma bee with participation of pests and disease plants research institute is executed. This was first steps intend to decrease consumption pesticide in Mazandaran province. With other researches during 1367-72 is affirmed efficiency of Tericograma bee on control Chilo-Suppersalic of rice experimental rice farm. But unfortunately area of biological control upon Chilo-suppersalic is decreased last years. Administrative activities of biological control upon this pest are started on 1350 hectare of experimental rice farms. This area reaches to 70000 hectare in 1380. After 1380 this area decreased and reached to 56468 in 1382, less than 40000 hectare in 1385. pay attention to harmful of reminder pesticide in rice and need to decrease consumption of pesticide for protection healthy of human and environment, in this research we survey the reasons of unwillingness farmers in accept ion this technology based on social economic factors with using the Logit model. The results show that the most important in accept ion this technology is consequently risk averse of farmers, gross margin income in hectare, number of fragments, number abandon Tricograma bee, application this technology in neighborhood 46 lands, area of planting, experiment in using this technology, farmers age and participate in promotion class. Age and number of fragments factors have negative effect and other factors have positive effect on probability acceptation this technology.
