The aim of this study was to analysis the productivity of HACCP implemented small size swine farms compared with non-HACCP system implemented small size swine farms(less than 2,000) as a control. Average number of sow, parturition rate, total number of piglets, number of initial piglets, number of weaning piglets, date of weaning piglets, rotating rate of sow per year, survival rate of piglets after weaning and piglets per sow per year(PSY) in HACCP implemented farms had a tendency to increase without any significant difference. Due to increasing of the feed cost recently, production cost for shipment in HACCP implemented farms had increased in this study. However, market pig per sow per year(MSY) in HACCP implemented farms was significantly increased comparing to control group(p less than 0.05). In conclusion, our results indicated that the application of HACCP system might positively be effect such as increasing MSY in small size swine farms.
