Progress of development and application of agricultural e-Learning contents is quite slow compared to other educational fields. Especially, few research related to agricultural e-Learning contents have been conducted to verify their effects on academic achievement. The purpose of the study were to test if there any significant differences exist between face-to-face learning method and e-learning contents and even various types of contents themselves. Introducing completely randomized experimental design, the study assigned the experimental subjects into three groups, one control group and two experimental group which were face-to-face, animation based, and video based group. A one-way of covariance analysis was implemented as statistical method and students' pretest score was included as covariate. Based on the major findings, the followings were concluded. All learning methods affected the experimental subject's post scores. However, there were no significance differences among the groups' post scores. In other words, no differences exist between face-to-face learning method and e-learning contents learning methods. It was further identified that there was no difference between animation based and video based contents group. Therefore, agricultural e-Learning content type was identified non-significant factors in terms of academic achievement.
