New protein additive in broiler chicken feeding

The investigations were carried out evaluate bioethanol production by-product dry form - new protein additive effect on broiler chickens of cross ROSS 308 productivity, organisms metabolism and meat quality. It is recommended in broilers feed 5% new protein additive to substitute 2.5 - 3.0% amount of fodder yeast. 5% new protein additive in comparison with fodder yeast improved broiler chickens productivity: increase live weight by 2.8%, index productivity by 40.0, decrease feed conversion by 7.4%, does not influenced meat quality, liver and kidney functions.
