The aim of study was analyse the properties of forest soils in some habitats in the area of Landscape Park. Experimental sites were chosen with regard to different habitats. There were propes and podzolized arenosols and proper podzols soils developed from alluvial and fluvial sands. The analysed soils characterized by the acidic reaction and by adverse sorption properties, which was determined by scant content of clay particles and considerable part of conifers in respective habitats
