In this study, it was discussed about diffusion and its economic and ethic implication of genetically modified food, using the facts from relevant scientific sources as the empiristicist base. On the base of the analysis of accessible facts, it is decided that private sector determinates direction of biotechnology exploring , in other words, that economic motives and intention for monopoly position present basic difussion generators of genetically modified food. Active creators and big farmers took main economic benefit previous realized, mainly in developing countries. Momentarily protection system of intelectual property and similar barriers of modern biotechnology transfer for quarantee of regular benefits distribution must be modified and exploring must be directed to the developing countries and poor farmers. Also, it is concluded that genetic engineering, and all other technology can be used for good and bad purposes. The fact which provokes worry because of future generations who do not have right to vote in bringing present decisions about genetically modified organisms, after that, it must be invented the proper manner for quarantee that their interests and special needs, including the proper manner for quarantee that their interests and special needs, including the necessities which are coming from unpredictable changes in environment, will be considered. However, in this study it is not answered when and were the use of agriculture biotechnology is secured to once health and to a healthful environment, because, the common conclusion can not be drawned on the present level of knowledge.
