In this paper there are presented rules and procedures that have to be applied during organic production of aromatic and medicinal plants in mountainous region of Serbia, according to the Law of organic production in our country. The review also explains some regulations and presents some prerequisite data on organic cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants that are of importance for this kind of production. It also gives sugestions for solving some practical problems during cultivation of mountainous medicinal and aromatic plants and presents some preparations that are allowed for manuring and crop production, all in accordance to the Law regulations in Serbia.
