In this work the resulst of determining Ca in milk will be presented, by using standard method for determining Ca (complexometry, HPLC) and using ion selective potentiometry (ISP), a propos using ion selective electrode of Ca. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the advantages of application of ion selective potentiometry in controlling content of Ca in milk, its sensitivity and efficiency.
