The research describes the effect of anti-nutritive factors raw soybean with results of comparative analysis at production results of pigs and broilers and efficiency usage raw Kunitz trypsin inhibitor free soybean varieties Lana. Along to raw Kunitz trypsin inhibitor free soybeans (SL group) in the experiment were the following groups: raw soybean with standard level of trypsin inhibitor (SS), extruded Kunitz trypsin inhibitor free soybeans (LG), and extruded soybeans with a standard level of trypsin inhibitors (SG). Results of average daily growth indicate that the chickens as the first phase and in the second period are more sensitive at the anti-nutritive thermo-labile factors of raw soybeans compare to the pigs. In support of these go to the facts that trypsin inhibitor are major anti-nutritive factor, but not the only one , and that heat treatment significantly improved production characteristics of broilers and pigs.
