A method of lamb meat production is developed on the basis of commercial breeding of wool-and-meat and meat-and-wool (MW) ewes with meat-and-wool rams. It is found out that the hybrids derived from MW females have a higher body weight at birth and keep the named advantage in compare with the generation of the wool-and-meat ewes in different age periods of growth and development. At the end of a final feeding their body weight has been 30.3 and 28.3 kg respectively at the average daily weight gain of 116 and 106 gram for 225 days of the experience. The generation of MW ewes have higher rates of body measurements from a birth until the end of raising, the best development of latitude and volumetric measurements. They stand out by stockiness and massiveness of the body, by good meat forms as compared with fine-wool crossbreds, a better feed conversion efficiency, a weight gain
