In Europe the supervised species of fruit flies (Tephritidae family) by climatic changes in latterly influenced to importance of survey by import form third countries. In international trade fruit flies were carried by host plants on low or high distances. In majority of cases species are present mostly on citrus fruits. Recently fruit flies were considered as exotic species with very high population potential. They are mostly thermopilous species. In that aspect they assumed to be very important in environment, where they could find suitable food niches European legislation were considered risk of import of these species, so the species are ranging in I.A.I list of harmful organisms defining by Concil Directive 2000/29/EC. In that list we could find species of genera Anastrepha, Dacus, Epochra, Pardalaspis, Pterandrus, Rhacochlaena and Rhagoletis. Import and spreading of these species in European union are prohibited. In this article is presentatation of species Rhagoletis completa, which was found in Slovenia. Biological control of these species is because of mobility not so important. From part of Internation Plant Protection convention (FAO-IPPC) there was adopted international standard ISPM 23, which establishes the delimitation of infected and pest free areas. European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO) ranges on Alert list Bactrocera invadens species as very dangerous species.
