The effect of different methods of compost preparation on compost output, mushroom yield and earliness | Farklı kompost hazırlama yöntemlerinin kompost randımanı, mantar verimi ve erkenciliğe etkilerinin araştırılması

إنجليزي. In this study in which different compost prepararation methods has been investigated, for syntetic and horse manured two compost kinds and three diffrent composting duration were applied. Fermentation process were 16-8-4 days in syntetic compost; 10-8 and 4 days in horse manured compost and the composts were applied vapor pastorization process. The trial were repeated two times and the results of them were given seperately. In the study, the parameters such as compost output , total yielding and earlyness were investigated. In the first study, the best result related to yielding was obtained as 186.3 kg/ton compost from control which is 10 days composting duration and horse manured. In the second study, the best result were obtained similarly from horse manured application which is consisted on 4 days composting duration as 168.5 kg/ton. That amount is better than 10 days control. Also, syntetic compost applications gaved low values. For earlyness product, horse manured compost applications were better than syntetic ones. As a general evaluation, the syntetic compost processings are not suitable for short timed compost preparation. On the other hand, horse manured compost processings is more suitable for short timed compost preparation than controlled compost preparation methods.

اللغة التركية. Farklı sürelerde kompost hazırlama metotlarının incelendiği bu çalışmada, sentetik ve at gübreli iki kompost reçetesine üç ayrı kompostlama süresi uygulanmıştır. Sentetik komposta 16-8-4 günlük, at gübreli komposta 10-8 ve 4 günlük I. Fermantasyon aşaması uygulanmış ve kompostlar buharla pastörizasyon işlemine tabii tutulmuştur. Çalışma iki farklı dönemde yapılmış ve iki denemenin sonuçları ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada kompost randımanı, toplam verim ve erkenci ürün miktarı parametreleri incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada I. denemede, verim bakımından en olumlu sonucu 186.3 kg/ton kompost ile kontrol uygulaması olan 10 günlük kompostlama süresine sahip at gübresi kompostu vermiştir. II. denemede ise yine en yüksek verimi at gübreli komposta yapılan uygulamalar vermiştir. 4 gün kompostlama işlemine tabi tutulan at gübreli kompost 168.5 kg/ton kompost ile en yüksek ürünü vermiş ve kontrol ortamı olan 10 gün fermantasyona tabi tutulan kontrol ortamından daha yüksek ürün elde edilmiştir. II. denemede sentetik kompost reçetesine yapılan tüm uygulamalardan daha düşük değerler elde edilmiştir. Erkenci üründe de genelde at gübreli kompost uygulamalarının sentetik kompost uygulamalarına göre yüksek sonuçlar verdiği belirlenmiştir. Bu iki denemeninn sonuçları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde; sentetik kompost reçetelerinin kısa kompost hazırlama metotlarına uygun olmadığı, at gübreli kompost reçetelerinin kısa süreli, kontrollü kompost hazırlama metotlarına daha uygun olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
