Comparison of safety standards of the Pesticids (Biocidal) that are used for people's health | Halk sağlığı amaçlı kullanılan Pestisitlerin (Biyosidal) güvenilirlik standartlarının karşılaştırılması

إنجليزي. Many chemicals, asserted that they were produced to make human being life easier, are actually a global menace for public health and environment. On the other hand, chemical industry produces puts thousands of chemical compounds on the market without doing enough experiments on their potential hazardous effects on public health and environment. The uncontrolled, insensible and unnecessary usage of pesticides which have being used on the contrary for the purpose of improving the life quality of human being leads to endanger the life. The present problem is not only the problem of our country but also appears as a global problem. This problem was standardized in the developed countries of the world by means of studies for years and the experiences cost a lot. World Health Organization (WHO) serves globally to stave off the problems with pesticides before coming into existence. In the light of scientific studies, the less hazardous forms of pesticides for public health and environment are defined following the pilot experiments of prototype pesticides. Unfortunately, even the extents of related problems with pesticides in our country remain unclear due to the lack of current laws. Individual events becoming a current issue by some media programs are only the apparent part of the iceberg in deed. The current status of our country has being exposed markedly by the processes for the integration with European Union (EU). In the present study, the laws and the regulations on and the applications of pesticides in USA, United Kingdom, WHO and EU were compared to the status of our country.

اللغة التركية. Yaşamımızı kolaylaştırmak için üretildiği iddia edilen birçok kimyasal, aslında üretimden tüketime kadar, insan sağlığı ve çevre açısından küresel bir tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Dünyadaki kimyasal sanayi ise çoğunlukla çok az deney yapıp, insan sağlığı ve çevreye etkilerini araştırmadan her yıl binlerce kimyasal bileşiği üretip piyasaya sürmektedir. İnsan yaşam kalitesini arttırmak amacı ile kullanılmakta olan pestisitler; kontrolsüz, bilinçsiz, gereksiz kullanımı sonucunda yaşamı tehdit eder konuma gelmiştir. Mevcut sorun, sadece ülkemizin bir sorunu olmayıp, küresel bir problem olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Dünya genelinde pestisitlerle ilgili sorunların yaşanmadan bertaraf edilmesi için Dünya Sağlık Örgütü, küresel bir hizmet vermektedir. Bilimsel çalışmalar ışığında, üretilen pestisitlerin deneysel saha denemeleri yapılarak insan ve çevreye etkileri en az olan ürün standartları belirlenmektedir. Ülkemizdeki yasal mevzuatın yetersizliğine bağlı olarak pestisitlerle ilgili sorunların boyutları dahi bilinmemektedir. Yaşanan sorunların münferit olaylar olarak basın ve medyaya yansıması ile gündeme gelen hadiseler, aslında buzdağının görünen kısmından ibarettir. Avrupa Birliği ile olan tarama süreci içerisinde ülkemizin mevcut durumu tüm çıplaklığı ile ortaya konmaktadır. Çalışmada, A.B.D., İngiltere, DSÖ ve AB pestisit mevzuatı ve uygulamaları ile ülkemizde durum karşılaştırılmıştır.
