Belarusian large white breed of swine created in 2006 is a female basis which is used for the production of competitive products from the local and hybrid stores. Swine of Belarusian large white breed are characterized by sound constitution, light-load constitutional type, high autarcesis, fitness to the regional conditions and breeding technologies. At present there is the necessity of modernization of genealogical structure of the breed and arose an opportunity of setting up new highly productive commercial lines, specializing on highly productive qualities, and with the rather high level of fattening and carcass trait indexes. In course of the realized study there were used purebred hogs Belarusian large white breed. In course of a long-term selection and breeding work with Belarusian large swine white breed there were created two commercial lines: Delphina 37755 and Svitanka 3884. The analyzed breeds showed the following productivity indexes: multiple fetation – 11,7 and 11,9 piglets; age of achieving 100 kg live weight – 189 and 182 days; daily average weight gain – 735 and 749 grams; feed expenses – 3,5 and 3,51 fodder units; backfat – 27,2 and 26,2 mm; hock weight 10,9 and 11,2 kg, respectively
