The problem of creation of production technology of cheap fodder raw material of protein origin which could be used as a basis for production of fodders for the sensitive to protein quality animals was analyzed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of studies there were determined the basic biological norms of integrated composing of agricultural complex wastes by polyculture of terrain and soil organisms, biomass of which is considered to be valuable raw materials of animal origin. There was obtained the productivity of 49,3 kg/m3 in the conditions of prime cost of 1 ton of raw materials of 340 USD/t equivalent on protein to 250 kg of first grade fish flour. High content of biologically active substances and absence in raw materials composition of thiaminase and enzymes rendering influence on ferrum metabolism typical for the fish raw materials and requiring long-term high-temperature processing (96-100 deg C) for their destruction, simplicity of the technological process of production and possibility of foreign materials substitution made it possible to conclude that the analyzed experimental products could be used as a perspective source of highly digestible animal protein in fodder production. Moreover, in course of the production process took place the utilization of agricultural wastes (coniferous and mixed species wood scraps), as well as formation of organic fertilizers
