The abiotic temperature stress factor is one of the most important for the plants. It may lead to the disorder of the breath process, photosynthesis, water circulation. The temperature stress transduction in the plant cell is researched. The involvement of nitric oxide (NO) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in heat stress-induced signaling pathway in Arabidopsis Thaliana plants is analyzed. The 10-days germinants of Arabidopsis Thaliana of Columbia-0 ecotype are grown in the Petri dish in Murashige and Skoog medium during 10-hours-long day light in the 22 C degree temperature and polychrome white light of 150 mkE/m2s. The NO2- concentration changes are measured by immune-ferment analysis with help of Griss reagents. The cGMP concentration changes are measured with help of "cGMP Enzyme Immunoassay kit" reagents.Heat stress is shown to induce an increase in endogenous content of NO produced by nitrate reductase and NOS-like enzyme and to be followed by the activation of guanylyl cyclase and cGMP synthesis.
