Проявление эффектов гетерозиса и наследуемости у гибридных сортообразцов моркови столовой в условиях Беларуси

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the manifestation of heterosis and heritability effects of garden carrot (Daucus carota) hybrid samples. Crops were sown on sod-podzolic light loamy soil and were crossed by top-cross method in a hybrid seed-plot. Research results showed that in the conditions crossing of genetically deferential varieties there were revealed 50% of heterosis combinations in accordance with true heterosis and 40% - in accordance with competitive heterosis. In some hybrids the level of a true heterosis was up to 33%, while in the competitive ones it was no more than 25%. Inheritance of characters (yielding capacity, marketability, carotene content, dry matter content) in the studied samples in the majority of cases took place in accordance with a super dominance type and intermediate inheritance type. There were stated both negative and positive dominances. Of all studied lines there were revealed the best ones in accordance with total combined ability effects (CAE). In accordance with yielding capacity traits the highest CAE effect marked in four lines: А-99 х L (76,6); С-121 х L (73,2); С-134 х L (46,6); А-104 х L (33,2). In accordance with carotene content a bit heightened CAE effect was noted in five lines: А-99 х L (1,1); А-95 х L (1,04); А-144 х L (0,94); А-96 х L (0,34); С-116 х L (0,32).
