Protein deficit in cattle rations along with low digestibility of the fodder leads to alternative protein sources search. Legumes, oilseed crops derived products, fish and meat flour are the main sources of protein in cattle breeding process, but rather expensive and may be replaced with alternative protein source, such as yeast products. The study of efficiency of the use of feed yeast autolysate in the calves' fodder is made. Quality composition of the feed yeast autolysate is analyzed. Live weight dynamics indexes of calves during 90 days are calculated. Expenses during calves' growth per one unit of growth-weight-gain are displayed. Hematological indexes of the calves' blood are evaluated. Economic indexes of calves' growing, such as metabolic energy, the cost of metabolic energy, the cost of the fodder per 1 kg of growth-weight-gain, daily average growth-weight-gain, bioenergetics coefficient, fodder conversion coefficient, are analyzed. Including of the feed yeast autolysate in calves' ration increase hemoglobin, glucose and protein content in calves' blood. Substitution of protein by feed yeast autolysate increase daily average growth-weight-gain on 119 g, declining feed consumption on 13,6%. Application of feed yeast autolysate leads to additional profit earning.
