Nitrogen fertilizers influence on the yield of perennial legume grasses and radionuclides (Cs137 and Sr90) entrance into grass mixture based on them was investigated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The experiments were realized on sod-podzolic sandy soils by example of goat's rue (Galega orientalis L.) of Palesskaya variety. Mineral fertilizers were applied in doze of P90K120, boric fertilizers were applied in dose of 2 kg/ha of active substance with chalking by CaCO3 in dose of 5 t/ha. Nitrogen fertilizers were applied as ammonium saltpeter in dozes of 30 and 60 kg/ha. Research results showed that entering of mineral fertilizers in doze of P90K120 for goat's rue cultivation made it possible to obtain high yield of green mass (630 c/ha) at the first year. In the following years the plants did not need fertilizer application as their needs were supplied by legume bacteria. At this period there was marked the minimal accumulation of Cs137 and Sr90 by plant stand. In the conditions of growing of goat's rue in legume grass mixtures (goat's rue (Galega orientalis L.) + timothy grass (Phleum pratense); and goat's rue (Galega orientalis L.) + awnless brome (Bromopsis inermis)) it was efficient to apply mineral fertilizers in doze of P90K120. In grass mixtures of goat's rue with cocksfoot grass (Dactylis glomerata), timothy grass (Phleum pratense), awnless brome (Bromopsis inermis) in order to lower 90Sr accumulation it was advised to apply fertilizers in doze of N60P90K120.
