Molecular and genetic certification of animals, plants and microorganisms is provided by specialized data connected with genotypes classification. In fish producing branch certification of the breed is achieved with the help of genetic markers (for the example, genetic polymorphism of carp (Cyprinus carpio) is evaluated with transferrin locus). But, with the help of DNA typing of the carp breeds, a genomic variability of European and Chinese breeds is revealed. The full primary succession of mitochondrial genome of the carp is established and polymorphism of its different segments in European and Chinese regions is researched in the world. On the territory of the CIS such researches are singular. Therefore the aim of the article is realization of the multi-locus typing (RAPD-PCR) of Belarusian carp. The paper presents the results of DNA typing of carp of the Belarusian breeding to have been carried out for the first time in the country. Characteristics of the RAPD-primers used for the analysis are shown. Primers and amplicons suitable for molecular and genetic characteristics of Lakhvinsky and Tremlyansky race groups are identified, a formula for a carp certification is proposed.
