The influence of phytoregulators on barley (Hordeum vulgare) disease resistance is learned. The natural phytoregulators – adaptogenes Phytovital and Epibrassinolid, and also mixture of them are studied and positive impact on disease resistance of barley plantings' has been found. The influence of the phytoregulators and their mixtures on the leaf diseases development is analyzed according the booting, earing, blooming, ripening, milky stage and gold ripeness of the barley. The content of 2-thiobarbituric acid products - (TBA) products - in barley leaves during phytoregulators' treatment is presented. The yield of water-soluble substances from barley leaves during phytoregulators' treatment is shown. The content of photosynthetic pigments in barley leaves during phytoregulators' treatment is evaluated. It is considered that natural phytoregulators – adaptogenes Phytovital and Epibrassinolid influence positively on disease resistance formation and decline fungal affect on the plants. Their mixtures are effective upon concentration and meteorological conditions.
