The models of barley (Hordeum vulgare) production process optimization and the normative materials describing the main fertilization (considering the crop capacity planned) are presented. Additional fertilization considering the results of the plant diagnosis, types of nitrogen fertilizers and weather conditions is analyzed. Development of the plant (germination, tillering, stem elongation, ear emergence, blooming and ripening) is evaluated and the terms of nitrogen fertilizers application are determined. Dependence of the barley crop yield, dozes and payback of the fertilizers on soil mineral nitrogen content is shown. Analogous dependence of the crop yield on the soil phosphorous content is presented. Statistical models of the dependence of barley's crop yield and fertilizers application on soil nutritive elements are shown. Influence of average dozes of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on planned crop yield of winter cereals is evaluated. Barley requirement in nitrogen fertilizers is analyzed. The dozes of nitrogen fertilizers based on plant diagnosis (the crop yield equal 50-60 centner per hectare) are calculated. The doze of complex fertilizers depending on fertilizer's grade is estimated. The scheme of complex application of tank mixtures of nitrogen fertilizers with microfertilizers, retardants, physiologically active substances and pesticides under barley crops is presented. Effectiveness of adaptable system of fertilizers' application on barley plantings is calculated.
